When will the game be released?
We plan to release the game in two stages. The first stage will be the release of arcade modes Stride. It will consist of three modes, each of which will be released separately. The first Endless mode will be released on September 04, 2020. The other two will be released later as free updates. What other mods will be in the game?
When will the storyline be released?
- Endless mode — mode with infinite level generation.
- Arena — spacious arena with various height differences and enemy generation. Perfect for practicing tricks and improving shooting skills.
- Time Chase — Test your parkour skills on speed in a race against time
The second stage of the release will be the full story version of the game. We are working on it in parallel with the arcade modes and will announce an official release date as soon as it is confirmed. When will all modes be released?
All arcade modes will be released before the release of the story part. We will inform you about the release date of the mode as we receive information. Will the game be released in the Oculus Store and PSVR?
First of all, we are focused on PC headsets: Valve Index (with finger tracking support), Oculus Rift, Vive, WMR and others.
And we really want to get on the Oculus Quest, as well as to the PSVR, but here it all depends not only on us, but rather on the Oculus and Sony. We hope the positive feedback from the community will allow us to draw their attention to us. We will try our best to get to all available platforms.
Now you can add game to the wishlist on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1292040/STRIDE/ A note on motion sickness
Testing has shown that STRIDE does not cause significant motion sickness. The gameplay has been designed such that the player's hand movements coincide with his avatar's movements. This means that the load on the player's vestibular apparatus is kept to a minimum. Although most people do feel minor uneasiness when they first start playing the game, as you master the controls, motion sickness disappears entirely. How does the game's control work?
